Under the laws of the State of Texas, employers are not required to provide paid vacation or paid sick leave . These benefits are considered voluntary and are governed by each employer’s internal policies.
IM Technology LLC complies with all applicable Texas labor laws. Although Texas law does not require employers to provide paid leave, our company voluntarily offers vacation and sick leave benefits as part of our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
Employees become eligible for paid vacation beginning in their first year of employment . Vacation benefits increase with years of service according to the following schedule on the right:
In addition to vacation leave, IM Technology LLC provides employees with 3 paid sick days per year. Sick leave may be used for personal illness, medical appointments, or health-related circumstances that prevent the employee from performing their regular job duties.
